The Old Stone Church, built in 1891 to replace the burned-out Baptist Church, is a historic structure in West Boylston, Massachusetts. Because of its striking location and simple beauty, Old Stone Church is a favorite among photographers and painters. The massive American flag that flies on its side adds a picturesque touch. Even if you’re not a churchgoer, you’ll enjoy a visit to this simple yet stunning waterside church in Massachusetts.
It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on April 13, 1973.
The church’s interior is now empty and open to the public for exploration. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
