Product Description
Carved by the rapid downcutting of Glacial Lake Hitchcock over 13,000 years ago, this 165 foot deep gorge contains many great spots for photography, as well as whitewater rafting. The park can be accessed from either side of the Quechee Gorge Bridge, with ample parking available to visitors. The approach into the gorge contains some steep areas and caution should be used in times of inclement weather and with people who are of limited mobility, but otherwise the park is fully-accessible to visitors.
